I did not receive a confirmation email.

We invite you first to check that our emails are not in your spam folder. It is possible that our email was directed to your junk mail folder, especially if this is the first time you have placed an order with us. If this is the case, we encourage you to check your spam folder. If you cannot find our message, send us an email using the following address: Shia.paris1@gmail.com.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You can check the status of your order directly from your personal account.

Once you have completed your payment, you will also receive an email when your order has been accepted which means our team will begin preparing your order.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

It takes between 2 to 5 days depending on the period (New Collection; Sales; Black Friday). The preparation time also varies depending on the day and time you place your order.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges.

If an item is not suitable for you, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel it, we work quickly to prepare and ship your items as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you receive a defective/non-compliant item, we invite you to send us an email to the following address Shia.paris1@gmail.com indicating your order number and sending us a photo/video of the item concerned.

Please note that you have 48 hours following receipt of the order to open a claim for a defective item.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your package. We do not make exchanges, only the reimbursement of returned items, excluding shipping costs and return costs .

Upon receipt of the package at our premises, the refund will be made using the payment method used for your order.

If the order is returned beyond this legal deadline and without tracking information, your refund cannot be made.
